Hackney Wick ‘Piano Factory’
Stour Trust has negotiated a section 106 deal securing 50% of commercial space of the Piano Work redevelopment in Hackney Wick.
Stour Trust will receive a 999-year lease of 10,000 sq/f space on a peppercorn rent. Stour Trust will aim to increase the economic resilience of under represented communities and provide infrastructure that will enable community, creativity and culture to thrive.
